Hello

I started with a Science degree in NUI Galway (Chemistry and Microbiology)

Followed by a Masters of Science in Immunology and Global Health completed in NUI Maynooth and DCU.

 

Worked for 12ish years (maternity leaves in there) in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Aseptic / Sterile Manufacturing

I became a mom in 2019 - this sparked my Holistic side! It was a mix between a traumatic birth that I vowed wouldn't happen for my second ( entered hypnobirthing and meditating into my life), and breastfeeding going extremely well

(Breastfed for 4.5 years continuously and tandem breastfed two for 2.5years). Both of these really kicked off my holistic alternative interests!

At the end of my second maternity leave and while returning to my full time pharma Industry career I completed a Diploma in Reflexology with MF wellness. It was during this time I started working with essential oils. I also took some Holidays from work to complete Baby Massage Training.

I had some recurring health issues (which I discuss in the podcast linked above) which lead me to a Kinesiologist - which really intrigued my mind how my body and muscles were responding to her in a logical way! After 8 days of doing what she suggested - which made me feel better than I even remembered ..... I had to learn what she did for myself. I then trained as a Systematic Kinesiologist with Kinesiology Zone Ireland.

During the Advanced Systematic Kinesiology Diploma I was granted a Career break from my pharmaceutical career and Set up Ballinrobe Holistic Care in 2023.  Observing a few mothers struggling with digestive issues with their small babies in a baby massage class lead me to introduce kinesiology to these mommies. This lead to the birth of the "Milk Clinic" where I have to date helped over 170 babies improve their symptoms. I proudly as a student practitioner was asked to speak about my Milk clinic at the Kinesiology Zone Ireland convention in 2024. I have also developed a Test Vial kit of the milk formulas and this has lead to kinesiologists all around Ireland now offering "Milk Clinics" from their Clinics (All are listed on the Milk Clinic Location on my website). The Milk Clinic success has had a huge impact for sharing the effectiveness of Kinesiology. I was asked to share my work at the 25 year celebrations for the Association of Systematic Kinesiology in Ireland in March 2026.

I also completed advanced Kinesiology training in the release of retained Primitive Reflexes. I have also completed training with Bach centre on flower remedy essences.

During this time of Holistic learning we were struggling to get our son who was 21 months old to sleep a full night, this is when I first met a Bioenergy Healer. He slept 12 hours after his first session! This lead me to trying out Bioenergy for myself and actually feeling the energy around my body become more peaceful... which lead me to want to learn more! So I have also completed a Diploma in Energy Healing with the School of light. This is how I met Oonagh where I am now a Mama Mentor in the Aligned Mama Membership she founded.

The Energy Healing Diploma really opened up my intuition and higher knowing. I have since completed fabulous courses with Angelic connections which has expanded my spiritual side and my healing abilities immensely. 

​

Even though I had been using Essential Oils for 4 years I was a little fearful of sharing them with others without a qualification, so to round of my Diplomas to an even number of 4 - I completed my Aromatherapy Diploma with Green Tara. Its fab brings me right back to studying Botany and Chemistry in University! 

 

So yes I do have a lot of Qualifications......... ​​​I am always going to be learning! I already have a few future courses lined up
